Supporting Vulnerable People Fund

Prevent crisis and strengthen local support for vulnerable residents.

Support Harrow residents facing hardship, strengthen community resilience and help people get the right support earlier.

We’re funding projects that help vulnerable residents to stay safe, stable and well, and to access the support they need before problems escalate.

This funding can help your organisation deliver a wide range of activity that supports residents who are at risk of poor outcomes or facing social, emotional or financial pressures, builds stronger local support networks, and reduces the need for crisis and statutory services.

Projects need to meet at least one of the fund’s aims, and start by 4th January 2027.

Grants of up to £40,000 per year are available, with a second year of funding subject to monitoring and outcomes in year one.
