Black people face persistent disparities in areas such as health, social care, and wellbeing outcomes. This fund is designed to support projects that will positively impact the Black community in Harrow.

Organisations can apply for grants of up to £5,000, while partnerships – defined as projects involving at least two organisations – can apply for up to £8,000.
A total of £30,000 is available for this fund.
Each organisation is permitted to submit only one application.
Applications to the Community Fund and Black Community Fund are considered separately, and organisations may apply for both.
