Black Community Neighbourhood Fund

Reduce health inequalities and strengthen community-led engagement.

We’re funding projects that create safe, trusted spaces for Black African and Caribbean communities, delivered through a hub and in-reach model.

This funding can help your organisation deliver regular community activity, build partnerships, and reach residents least engaged with statutory services.

Grants of up to £10,000 per year are available, with the possibility of a second year of funding.
