Giving families memorable, enjoyable life experiences

Herts Inclusive Theatre (HIT) use the arts and well-being practices to build confidence and develop skills. They give participants and their families memorable, enjoyable life experiences where everyone is encouraged, valued, supported and has their part to play.

Led by experienced practitioners, the workshops are open to all and are especially welcoming to those with special needs. Through these activities, the organisation helps break down barriers about disability, encouraging participants to work together on an equal level and without prejudice.

Herts Inclusive Theatre received a grant from Harrow Giving to carry on their vital work through Covid-19, enabling them to run online workshops. They provided valuable engagement, social interaction and creativity to their participants. In addition, they have also been able to launch their online summer holiday activities.
